City Clerk
The City Clerk's office is responsible for administrative duties in City Hall, including preparing all City Council and Community Development Commission agendas; attending meetings and recording the actions taken by the Council and Commission; administering Oaths of Office to newly elected officials and appointed commission members; bid openings; maintaining all original deeds and easements; maintaining the City's legal records; managing Fair Political Practices Commission filings; overseeing the City's election process; and processing public information requests.
