Senior Walking Club 

The Senior Walking Club meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month at 9:30 a.m., for low-impact walking excursions. 

Senior Center Gym 

Seniors can enjoy exercising at the Senior Center Gym, which features a treadmill, stationary bike, weights, and other exercise equipment.The gym may be used during the Senior Center's operating hours (except during scheduled classes). There is no fee to use the gym.

Principles of Mind & Body for Older Adults (FREE Course offered by Rio Hondo College) 
Days & Times: Wednesday & Friday  10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (January 29th - May 20th) 
Sign-up at the Senior Center 
This course provides older adults with instruction and resources for cultivating mind and body health. Guided instruction in movements to maintain and increase muscle strength, physical fitness, coordination, and balance.
