Fitness Classes 
  • Zumba  - Held on the  2nd & 4th  Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.  
  • 2 Minute Circuit Training - Held on the 1st  & 3rd month at 9:30 a.m. 
  • Walking Club - Walking excursions on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of month at 9:30 a.m.

Senior Center Gym 

Seniors can enjoy exercising at the Senior Center Gym, which features a treadmill, stationary bike, weights, and other exercise equipment.The gym may be used during the Senior Center's operating hours (except during scheduled classes). There is no fee to use the gym.
